The character of God is one of love. We can know that whatever we may be facing, God loves us and wants us to know closeness with Him.
Isaiah 54:7-8 For a brief moment I forsook you, but with great compassion and mercy I will gather you [to Me] again. In a little burst of wrath I hid My face from you for a moment, but with age-enduring love and kindness I will have compassion and mercy on you, says the Lord, your Redeemer.
Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
God wants our relationship with Him to be restored. God does not want us to live with a feeling that there is a ceiling or a blockage between us and Him!
