Jesus wants to be your friend

 As our friend we want to do what He says.  This is a sign that we truly are God’s friend.  Immediate obedience to whatever Jesus requires or asks.

John 15:14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

Let your response to God be one of obedience.  Let us live a life in relationship with Him.   Let us listen to what He says.  And let us do as He tells us to do.

John 15:15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

Imagine that Jesus would call you His friend. What a great privilege.  What a great honour.  To be considered as a friend to God.
Let me introduce you to my friend.  He is a friend that sticks closer that a brother.  Let me introduce you to my friend, Jesus
