Identify and recognise the negative so that you can learn what to avoid. If we will learn from the mistakes of those that have gone on before we can be strong in that area and avoid history repeating itself.
Don’t try to eliminate it or live in denial. If you pretend it did not happen, in all likelihood it will happen again. Celebrate the positive. Harness the positive aspects and learn from them. Stand on the shoulders of the success of the past so that you can reach higher than you could have. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.
