One thing we must never forget is the fact that God is a miracle working God.

Psalm 77:14 You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.

God is the God of miracles and wonders. What is a miracle? Definition: Miracle – an extraordinary event when divine intervention in human affairs occurs. He performs miracles. He does the impossible. Never overlook the possibility of Divine Intervention. Never limit God.

God’s timing is not our timing. We want things now. We live in an age of ‘INSTANT’. The Bible is full of examples of how timing played a role with God.  Example 1: David was anointed King as a young shepherd boy and then had to wait a great length of time (estimated at a minimum of 15 years) before he actually became king.
Example 2: Joseph saw visions and had dreams. Initially these dreams and visions seemed likely, after all he was his father’s favourite. But over time the possibility of this becoming a reality, went from likely, to unlikely, to impossible, to totally inconceivable. Yet God never abandoned Joseph. Joseph spent years as a slave and a prisoner and then he went from prison to palace in 24 hours!
A QUOTE: Charles Durham writes in Temptation: Help for Struggling Christians:

“Often God lets us struggle rather then stepping in like a big brother to do our fighting . . . . As we struggle, becoming exhausted almost beyond endurance, changes occur in us which could not have happened otherwise.”

Galatians 6:9 Let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.

There is a season for your breakthrough. Keep doing the right thing and it will dawn.
