The influence of God’s hands causes us to do that which God wants us to do.

2 Chronicles 30:12 At the same time, God’s hand was on the people in the land of Judah, giving them a strong desire to unite in obeying the orders of the king and his officials, who were following the word of the Lord.

Look at this link: God’s hand was on the people – they had a strong desire to follow the word of the Lord. If we will allow God’s hand to work in our lives, we too will have a desire to follow what God tells us to do. The hand of the Lord gives us favor.

Nehemiah 2:8 Because the gracious hand of my God was upon me, the king granted my requests.

What an amazing thought!

No matter what we may go through or experience, we can know that God’s hand will be with us. His hand will never leave us. It may feel as though His hand is removed, but this is not the truth.

Isaiah 49:14-16 But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me.”  “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved (written your name or tattooed a picture of or inscribed) you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.

Even more interesting to note is that we cannot leave God’s hand.

Psalm 139:7-10 Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, You are there; if I make my bed in the depths, You are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there Your hand will guide me; Your right hand will hold me fast.

God’s hand will never leave you! Because of this great fact, you and I can have confidence to trust God and believe Him in every aspect of life.

Now is the time to re-establish this connection. Perhaps you have tried to do it too long on your own and in your own strength. Put you hand in His hand today!

Matthew 14:31-32 Instantly Jesus reached out His hand and caught and held him, saying to him, O you of little faith, why did you doubt?? ?And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased?

Take the hand of God and let Him get into your boat. When He is in your boat things will change. Put your hand in the hand of the man who stilled the waters.

Put you hand in the hand of the man who clamed the sea.

By putting your hand in the hand of the man from Galilee.

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
